ٹن پلیٹ کیا ہے؟

Tinplate refers to a steel plate with a thin layer of metallic tinplated on the surface. Tinplate is a low carbon steel rolled into a steel plate with a thickness of about 2mm, after pickling, cold rolling, electrolytic cleaning and annealing, leveling, trimming, and then cleaning, electroplating, reflow, passivation, and oiling, and then cut into finished products of tinplated sheet. The tin used for tinplated sheet is high-purity tin (Sn>99.8 فیصد)۔

ٹن کی تہہ کو گرم ڈِپ پلیٹنگ کے ذریعے بھی لیپت کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ اس طریقہ سے حاصل ہونے والی ٹن پلیٹ کی ٹن کی تہہ موٹی ہوتی ہے، اور استعمال کیے جانے والے ٹن کی مقدار زیادہ ہوتی ہے، اور ٹن چڑھانے کے بعد صفائی کے علاج کی ضرورت نہیں ہوتی ہے۔
